DEPOSIT POLICY: All groups are required to submit a deposit in the amount of $100.00 per trip. This may be done by check or credit card.

FINAL PAYMENT POLICY: Final payment is due upon arrival by check, cash, traveler’s check or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Groups may cancel 7 days prior to the date of arrival without penalty. Cancellations after this will result in loss of $100.00 deposit. Non payment of a deposit 60 days prior to arrival date may cancel group rate and space.

Notes:
Please arrive approximately one hour before your scheduled departure time. This will allow you to pick up your tickets, get your boarding assignments, and allow for your group to visit the restrooms and the gift shop. Not all of our coaches have restrooms on board so it is a good idea to use the ones in the depot beforehand. We start boarding the bus groups first, which is usually 20 minutes before departure.

We request that you call with final numbers 48 hours in advance. If there is a decrease in the number of riders and we are not notified within that timeframe, you will be charged.

Group rates are applicable on a minimum of twenty five paid passengers. Final passenger numbers are required 48 hours in advance. You will need to have 25 paid riders in order to receive complimentary tickets for your escort and driver. Our regular rate will apply if there are less than 25 paid passengers.

When you arrive:
Please check in at the ticket office. Your tickets and boarding information will be waiting there for you. The ticket office is located right inside the depot in Bellows Falls, at the south end of the station in White River Junction, and just inside Union Station at the ground floor in Burlington. If you are boarding at Chester Depot, please see our on board passenger representative for your tickets.

If you are running late, please call our office at 800-707-3530 so we can make any necessary arrangements for your late arrival.
